We help architects and design teams integrate greenery into the built environment that performs aesthetically, acoustically and operationally.

Let's collaborate

With over a decade of experience delivering commercial installations across New Zealand and a growing presence in Australia, our internationally recognised biophilic design work reflects a deep understanding of the speed, detail and coordination required in the architecture and design world. Our role is to make specifying greenery simple, reliable and aligned with your design intent. We integrate seamlessly into complex project teams, protecting your design vision from concept through to completion. Our team of designers, engineers and plant specialists work directly with you to refine layouts, species selection and presentation, ensuring greenery that performs for people and architecture.

How we work
with architects and designers

Plants don’t decorate space, they define it. They shape movement, soften boundaries, and influence how a space is experienced over time.

Too often, planting is treated as an add-on, introduced late, simplified, or compromised as projects progress. When considered from the beginning, greenery becomes part of the architecture itself. It defines thresholds, guides movement, influences light and acoustics, and evolves with the building over time.

That’s where we come in. We work alongside architects and designers from day one, making greenery simple to specify, coordinate and deliver within complex projects. Our team integrates design, engineering and horticulture to ensure planting is fully resolved, not just visually, but technically and operationally.

With over a decade delivering commercial installations across New Zealand and a growing presence in Australia, we bring the systems, performance and long-term thinking required to deliver greenery that works, for people and for architecture.

We can functionally change how a space works based on how we reorganise and re-orientate these planters. It’s a flexible system that allows the space to adapt over time. That doesn’t really exist in any other product I’ve seen.

Our expertise is backed by long-standing collaborations with leading architecture and design firms, international biophilic design awards, and delivery of some of Australia’s most technically complex greenery projects. With in-house expertise across architecture, interior design, engineering and horticulture, we create solutions that balance performance, coordination and aesthetics.

Fast, low-disruption delivery

Group of five large indoor potted plants arranged on a polished floor in front of glass office walls with frosted dot patterns.

Our systems are designed for efficient installation within live or time-sensitive environments. Modular planting solutions, off-site preparation and coordinated staging minimise disruption on site, helping projects stay on programme without compromising design intent.

Technical clarity at every step

We support your design process with clear, detailed documentation, including layout plans, renders and specifications. CAD and 3D files are available to assist with coordination and integration, ensuring planting is fully resolved within the wider design. Whether working to an existing brief or alongside your team, we help bring clarity and confidence to every stage of delivery.

Reduced risk for specifiers

Outdoor entrance area with large concrete planters filled with green plants and trees, leading to a building with a sign partially visible reading 'DISTRICT'.

From plant selection through to installation and ongoing care, we take a considered, end-to-end approach that reduces risk. We specify for real conditions, light, airflow, access and maintenance, ensuring long-term viability and avoiding common pitfalls that lead to plant failure or rework.

Sustainable performance

Our planting schemes are designed to be both environmentally responsible and operationally practical. We prioritise durable systems, efficient irrigation and appropriate plant selection to reduce water use, waste and replacement cycles, supporting long-term performance with a lighter footprint.

How do you collaborate with architects and design teams?

We work as an extension of your team from early concept through to delivery. Whether you need input at schematic stage or support refining a developed design, we align with your vision and provide practical guidance to ensure greenery integrates seamlessly into the built environment.

At what stage should we engage you in a project?

The earlier the better. Early involvement allows us to influence spatial planning, services coordination and plant selection to achieve the best outcome. That said, we can step in at any stage to support or refine an existing design.

Do you provide design documentation and technical drawings?

Yes, we supply layout plans, renders and specifications. We can also provide CAD and 3D files to support your design development and coordination.

Can you work to an existing design intent or specification?

Absolutely. We can deliver against an existing brief or collaborate to enhance it, ensuring plant selections, systems and detailing are viable, maintainable and aligned with the overall design intent.

How do you ensure plants will thrive in each space?

We assess key environmental factors such as light, airflow and usage patterns, then select species and systems suited to those conditions. Our goal is to create greenery that not only looks right but is set up for long-term success.

Do you offer custom or bespoke greenery solutions?

Yes, we regularly design custom installations tailored to the architecture and interior concept. This can include integrated planters, vertical greenery and feature planting designed specifically for your project.

Can greenery be integrated into complex architectural features?

Yes, we specialise in integrating planting into built elements such as joinery, atriums, balustrades and facades. We work closely with project teams to ensure all technical and structural considerations are addressed.

How do you handle installation within live or complex environments?

Our team is experienced in working within operational spaces. We plan installations carefully to minimise disruption and coordinate closely with site teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes, we offer ongoing maintenance programmes to ensure greenery continues to perform as intended. This includes plant care, replacements and proactive management tailored to each environment.

What makes your approach different from a standard plant supplier?

We take a design-led, integrated approach. Rather than simply supplying plants, we consider how greenery contributes to the overall spatial experience, visually, functionally and atmospherically, while ensuring it is practical to maintain.

Can you support sustainability goals within a project?

We consider sustainability across plant selection, system design and long-term care. This includes choosing appropriate species, designing for longevity and supporting lower-waste, lower-impact outcomes where possible.
