A forest brought indoors

Continuous clusters of aerial planting create a floating green ceiling overhead, engineered using bespoke hanging plant rings that maximise views of nature without impeding floor space. Our Forest Floor® product adds thriving greenery into the central corridors, bringing the forest into Orewa Sands. The interior and exterior green walls were planted many months in advance and nurtured to maturity at the Outside In plant nursery, ensuring they were immediately impactful from the day of installation.

The planting palette evokes local forest textures while using species suited to interior conditions. Full-height proportions, layered foliage and cascading forms integrate seamlessly with the architecture, water feature and lighting, creating an immersive, multisensory experience designed for long-term performance.
