Warmth from arrival to workspace

Planting across the atrium, reception and shared spaces at 30 Daldy Street introduces softness and natural texture into the contemporary architectural setting. The greenery complements the warm material palette while helping create a stronger connection between people and the built environment. Feature planting enhances the sense of arrival throughout the building, bringing warmth, movement and visual depth into key communal spaces.

A green wall and potted trees flank the One NZ welcome screen in a brick atrium at 30 Daldy Street.
Monstera in square planters lining the locker corridor at 30 Daldy — greenery in the building's end-of-trip facilities.
Illuminated moss wall behind the reception desk at 30 Daldy, Auckland — textured greens against warm timber and red brick.

Spaces designed for people

Within the wellness and communal areas, greenery introduces balance and softness that contrasts the pace of the workplace environment. Large-scale planting throughout the lobby and atrium helps create a more immersive and restorative experience for staff and visitors.

A layered mix of tropical planting and integrated planters creates depth and texture throughout the interior spaces. Large-format planting helps define key areas within the atrium and reception while remaining cohesive with the surrounding architecture, contributing to a healthier and more visually connected workplace environment.
