Level 17 acts as the social heart of the workplace, with a shared kitchen and hub that incorporates the highest concentration of greenery. This area has become one of the most well-used spaces, with staff highlighting its popularity as a place to gather, connect and reset. Integrated edible gardens within the kitchen are replenished fortnightly, adding a functional and interactive layer to the planting strategy.

Custom-coloured planters were developed to align with the broader interior palette, ensuring planting feels cohesive rather than decorative. A forest-form planter beneath the stairwell provides both a sculptural focal point and a practical solution. The Level 17 Greenhouse offers a refined executive environment for collaboration and problem-solving - and across the workplace, a greater percentage of staff are choosing to return to the office.
